- Signalling problems in the Birmingham Moor Street area (TOC: Chiltern Railways, London Midland)
- Signalling problems in the Walsall area (TOC: London Midland)
- Signalling problems between Portsmouth Harbour and Fratton (TOC: First Great Western, South West Trains, Southern) – again!
- Signalling problems at Kelvedon between Chelmsford and Colchester (TOC: one)
- Broken down train between Doncaster and Retford (TOC: Grand Central, Hull Trains, National Express East Coast)
- Broken down train between Surbiton and Hampton Court (TOC: South West Trains)
- Signalling problems at Maryhill between Glasgow Queen Street and Anniesland (TOC: First ScotRail)
